Ingredients
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives in a large bowl.
