Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1 cucumber
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
