Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cucumber
Instructions
- Scoop out a bit of avocado flesh to create a larger cavity.
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into avocado halves.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately.
